Shin Puu Technology was established in 2001, focusing on one-stop services of high-end printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication and assembly for quick-turn, high-quality and complex technical applications. Owing to its over two decades of stable operation results and outstanding reputation, the world's leading semiconductor testing equipment manufacturer - Advantest Corporation merged Shin Puu Technology by acquiring 100% of its stock share on April 28, 2023.

Advantest Group acquired R&D Altanova (RDA), an USA company in 2021. RDA's main business includes design, production and assembly of semiconductor ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) boards, MLO substrates, test sockets and other consumables used before / after high-end IC packaging. Mr. Yoshiaki Yoshida, President and CEO of Advantest Group addressed that the combination of R&D Altanova’s advanced design capabilities and Shin Puu’s prominent manufacturing strength will fully complement each other and deepen newly integrated company ability to provide customers with more valuable one-stop solutions and result in common service and revenue optimization.

RDA Shin Puu Technology will carry on expanding its factory and simultaneously investing heavily in high-end precision equipment, introducing the world's cutting-edge technology and adding PCB production capacity to provide all customers with more advanced technical solutions, reliable products and complete services. Based on existing customers’ full satisfaction, RDA Shin Puu Technology will expand revenue in the field of high-end semiconductor test substrates while promoting growth of customers in Taiwan as well as around the world.
